Audrey Bruisson is marketing and advocacy director for Rhum Clément. Originating in Martinique and deeply tied to the culture, talents and terroir of her island, it came naturally for her to start working for the brand back in 2012. In the case of Audrey, every bottle of Rhum Clément sold in one of the 80 countries where the brand is exported is like a piece of Martinique shared with the world. Over the years, together with all the key players in Rhum Clément's development worldwide, from the production team at Habitation Clément in Martinique to export teams or bartenders in the international markets, Audrey has built up a deep understanding of Rhum Agricole and Spirits in general. She loves to transfer her knowledge to a wider audience and connect passionate people with each other, from the cane field to the glass!

The Cane Rum Society invites you to a launch event with The House of Angostura - with full focus on the new premium packaging and of course the rum behind the label.
Hosted by Daniyel Jones, global brand ambassador for The House of Angostura®, the evening revolves around how nearly 200 years of continuous mixing tradition now meets a new visual expression. The iconic butterfly has been given a more prominent role on the bottle - but in the glass the style is the same: consistent, torrelegant, distillery typical Angostura.

In Hagastaden in Stockholm hides a Caribbean gem specializing in Caribbean cuisine & rum -- this combined rum bar and restaurant (Cane Rum Society) is co owned by Duane Paul Shepherd.
Rum has followed Duane through most of his life. Already at the very tender age of 16 he opened his first restaurant opposite a rum distillery in Trinidad. He later moved to London to “broaden his horizons,” and this is where he began working with different rum brands which helped him to broaden his knowledge and deepen his love for rum. Today he can sometimes be found hosting private events and rum tasting experiences at Cane Rum Society.
